About me

I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 20 years of experience in providing psychotherapy for depression and helping people from all walks of life.

I hold a degree-level qualification (Post Graduate Diploma) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. As an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I adhere to their Code of Ethics.

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, and inclusive counselling service in a peaceful and comfortable setting in Broxbourne and Stanstead Abbotts, including a couples counselling service.

My Approach

As a BACP Accredited Counsellor, I work with individuals or couples through a couples counselling service, either on a short term basis (approximately 6-12 sessions) or in an open-ended way, depending on your needs. My preference is for sessions to be face to face; however, I can also provide online counselling options, such as WhatsApp, which can be particularly beneficial for those seeking psychotherapy for depression.

Rates

Individuals - I charge £55 per session.

Couples - I charge £75 per session for my couples counselling service.

As a BACP Accredited Counsellor, I offer an initial assessment session, charged at the above rates, to explore how we will work together, including options like psychotherapy for depression.
